Personally, I prefer Dandan noodles + half-fried rice. The noodles of Dandan noodles are also thin and firm, and the sesame flavor of the soup is also good. The fried rice has a well-fried flavor and is satisfyingly delicious even though it's not very flavorful. The cooperation within the store is very good, and the noodles and fried rice come out almost at the same time. There aren't many restaurants in the Kanto region that serve both delicious noodles and fried rice, so this is quite useful. So far, everything has been delicious, so I'd like to continue trying different things. postscript Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen: The noodles tasted more like regular Chinese noodles than those from a tonkotsu specialty restaurant (Hakata style), but the char siu and soup were delicious. Special beef belly char siu and green vegetable oyster fried rice: It smells good even when it's being made, and it whets your appetite. There's quite a lot of beef belly in it, so this one dish alone is enough to satisfy you. A moist fried rice with a nice oyster flavor.

A counter-only store with two entrances and exits. I ordered ramen and gyoza (3 pieces). It was very delicious. I thought 3 gyoza wouldn't be many, but they were stuffed, hot, juicy, and delicious! This is the restaurant I want to drink at night 😃

I stopped by because I wanted to have lunch. I'd like the daily lunch paiko tsukemen (curry flavor), please. The thin and chewy curly noodles are carefully drained. The plate was filled with Paiko toppings. The curry-flavored dipping sauce is refreshing with just the right amount of sourness. Thanks to this, the noodles go smoothly. The taste is very good. The serving size is good, so it's satisfying to eat. It's a complete feast. The customers around me seemed to prefer chilled dandan noodles and fried rice. It's a wonderful shop and I'm really looking forward to my next visit.
