Wakura ramen is made with animal-based emulsified simmering soup with backfat, and the soup itself is light and eaten while mixing with the sauce that is mixed with the noodles. You can choose between thick or thin noodles, so you can enjoy either Iekei-style or Hakata Tonkotsu-style noodles. You can order thin noodles with a substitute for an additional charge, so you can order thick noodles and then order thin noodles as a substitute. Anyway, the soup is delicious and I love it.
