I stopped by around 7pm on a weekday night. The store is small, but well organized and clean. There are only 6 seats at the counter, and you can enter after purchasing at the ticket vending machine outside the store. Water is self. This is my first visit. I ordered a large portion of local chicken soy sauce ramen topped with a seasoned egg. Ingredients are noodles, menma (shinachiku), char siu, seaweed, green onions, naruto, and an egg topped. It is an orthodox type. in, delicious. It's hard to think of a restaurant that serves delicious soy sauce ramen. Soy-sauce Ramen. delicious. The soup has a strong taste, but the balance between umami and saltiness is so good that you want to eat another bite. The noodles are thin and chewy, and have a chewy texture. Char siu is a type of oil simmering type. Also, it may be my imagination, but I feel that the taste of the green onions on top was strong. I don't mean that in a bad way... In other words, the thick soup, the chewy noodles, the simmering char siu, and the spicy, fragrant green onions. Ingredients with strong individuality are properly put together as soy sauce ramen, and the moment you eat it, you think, "Oh, this is a delicious one." I want to eat tomorrow too. It was a very delicious ramen. It was a feast.
First visit. I had the miso ramen and it was very delicious. It's a miso ramen with slippery noodles instead of curly noodles, but for some reason, it reminded me of the feeling of noodles I had when I first ate them at Taishoken in Ikebukuro a long time ago. If there is a store like this in Kumegawa, I would like to come again.
