It was my first time visiting the store. I ordered regular tsukemen and a medium bottle of draft beer, and since I was alone, I was guided to the counter. The clerk also greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. I was surprised when I saw the finished noodles, they were perfectly arranged and looked shiny ✨ The dipping sauce was rich and very delicious, I wish I had made it in a larger portion.

The rich tsukemen and underground bowl are delicious. Personally, I think it would be better to use the noodles as a sauce. The staff were also very cheerful and pleasant, and there was nothing I disliked about it. It was delicious. thank you.

The rich tsukemen has fish powder floating in the soup, making it mushy and a bit spicy. And the straight, flat, udon-like noodles are delicious. It has a similar taste to Musashino udon. I also liked the yuzu scent. The light version has a clear soup with sweet soy sauce, and is even closer to Musashino udon. It used to be in the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. This shop is located on the 3rd floor of Tokorozawa station building. It says UNDERGROUND, but it's not underground. Payment is based on a meal ticket system, and transportation electronic money can be used. I visited on a Saturday around 13:00, and the wait time was about 10 minutes.
