First Higashimurayama store. I tried many times, but it was always closed, and it was a phantom store for me. As usual, salted bacon + 5 pork toppings + half rice. As for the taste, it's pretty standard and a little salty, which is similar to the Hoya Shinmachi branch in the neighborhood, which is exactly my preference. The char siu is a guinea-shaped rose type, which I also like. The bean sprouts are pure bean sprouts, not the cabbage or artificial ones you find in some stores. The amount of corn was average, but I was satisfied with the well-balanced taste. The inside of the store looks old, like a car, but it's clean, spacious, and bright. It was a counter, but the water pitchers were full and set every other time, making it comfortable. This would have been perfect for me if I had tissues. But it was delicious, so I'll go again. Now your tissues are ready
I like spicy miso ramen. It has just the right amount of spiciness and goes well with miso. The leek flavor is also good.
