The reviews on a certain gourmet app were average, but I really wanted to try miso ramen so I went there with low expectations, but I was disappointed in a good way. This is a very delicious ramen shop. I ordered the special miso ramen, miso dandan noodles, and gyoza with shiso. The special miso was delicious with the accents of roasted char siu and walnuts, and the dandan noodles had a creaminess that matched the miso and was delicious. The thick, curly noodles were coated with the delicious soup, and I finished eating it in no time. Even though I knew that I shouldn't drink all the soup due to the amount of salt, neither of us could stop drinking it. The gyoza with shiso was a one-bite gyoza with shiso in the filling and crispy skin.It's an overused word, but it was so delicious that you could eat as many as you wanted.

I had the special miso ramen with thick noodles, and both the chashu and egg were delicious. Adult taste. The gyoza is light. The gyoza was much smaller than the photo. The woman serving the food didn't seem to care about the orientation of the bowl, just carrying it.

I had red onion miso ramen and shiso gyoza. The green onions in the ramen are crunchy, and the soup is rich and delicious. Thanks to the chewy noodles and miso-flavored soup, you can easily eat with chopsticks and astragalus. You can choose the amount of backfat from four levels: no → little → with → a lot. The amount of noodles is a little large. It seems like it can be made into half balls, so I think that's a good option for those who don't have much to eat. The dumplings have crispy skin and juicy insides, and the flavor of shiso is a nice accent. It was eaten so quickly that before I knew it, it was gone. The interior of the store is large, open, and clean. The staff's customer service is of a high standard, and the store is comfortable.
