Fuchu, Tokyo, Japan｜Miyukiya

The store I was looking for was closed and I was disappointed, so I wandered into this store. I like the soup with a strong soy sauce that has an animal-like flavor and a bit of seafood, and I like the two thick and firm pieces of char siu, and the chopped onions add a nice accent to the noodles. It's reasonably priced at 700 yen for the average size and 800 yen for the medium size. It was a cup that made me think it deserved a higher rating.

I ate bean sprout miso. The person who went with me was miso middle serving. The toppings are slightly different between the two, and the soup is also slightly different, so I thought it would be nice to feel the commitment. The bean sprout miso was a little more spicy, and the regular miso was milder than that. Sesame on the top right of the soup? A small trick was effective in the fine one of the cutlet. I don't really like char siu to begin with, but the char siu here was delicious. The seasoning was good, and the fat melted well.

I like bean sprouts and soy sauce. It's in the neighborhood, but it's hard to tell if it's open today or not. Business hours should be written in the store. I wish I could do Twitter or something.
