Every now and then, when I return to my home in Kodaira, I always go to this shop. When I went there for the first time in a while, I noticed that they were open from 9am and that Chinese noodles had been added to the menu. This time it's a fried rice and soy sauce tonkotsu set (this set is also a new menu). The fried rice is crunchy and contains mustard greens, so it's delicious. Add plenty of sesame seeds to the ramen, and add red ginger and pickled mustard greens. The noodles are hard. The ramen is also consistently delicious. Spare balls are also a bargain at just 50 yen. This is a store I would go to at least once a week if it was nearby.
