More Comments at Google MapThere was a store near the nostalgic "Kurumaya Ramen" unexpectedly, so I used it for lunch. The menu is not a family-style, Jiro-style, or trendy one, but an ordinary ramen shop with miso, salt and soy sauce. This time I ordered green onion miso ramen, free rice and cola at lunch. The taste of slightly darker miso is nostalgic and relieved. In other words, it was "This kind of ramen is fine."
Pork noodles with green onion miso¥1,000 service rice If you say Kurumaya, it will be green onion miso ramen. The sweet and rich taste of miso soup with garlic, thick curly noodles, and crispy spicy green onions make me happy every time I slurp it. I'm also happy that there are a lot of bean sprouts in everything. This store has excellent char siu, which is thick and juicy and delicious. Service rice advances with char siu and green onions. It's a very delicious ramen. There seems to be a bit of a line at noon on holidays. Motsuni set meal, curry rice, cutlet, fried chicken, and more. Thank you for the meal, I will definitely visit again!
This is a franchise store, so the menu structure is different from the directly managed store, so it's quite interesting. The miso ramen soup has a completely different taste and balance than the directly managed store.Lard is less, white, red miso blend is lighter, and the garlic has just the right amount of flavor. It's quite good, and the chashu pork is thick, square slices rather than the classic frozen and thawed rose rolls advertised on the menu, and although the flavor is a bit strong, it's creamy and delicious. The set items are quite reasonable and the fried rice is delicious. It is a lively and popular store.
