Scorpion Hardened Spicy Miso I've been to the Sayama store, but this is the first time I've been to the Miyoshi store. I thought this store was beautiful and the food was delicious. Spicy miso is addictive with its moderate spiciness. The fried rice was also delicious.

Since I found out about this restaurant, I can't eat any other miso ramen anymore. I used to go to Mochimochi no Ki and Misoya Monzaemon, but I suddenly stopped going there. And it's a family of four. My family ordered the one with the luxurious miso topping, but I chose only the spicy miso cabbage topping. The spiciness is just right and the noodles are thin and easily coated in the soup. Normally when it comes to miso, thick noodles are the norm, but I prefer thin noodles. If you topping this spicy miso with cabbage, the spiciness will be neutralized just right and it will be delicious. As the restaurant's name suggests, the highlight is the char siu. It's hard when served, but once it's marinated in the soup, it becomes so soft that you can't grip it with a trolley or chopsticks. I can't grasp it with just chopsticks, so I use a large spoon to support it. The meat is so soft that the fat melts without you having to bite into it. The flavor is not too strong and blends well with the soup, giving it a sense of unity.Eating it alone or with noodles will make you feel very happy. The cabbage char choux that my family orders is also cheap and delicious. Fried rice and gyoza are delicious. But I'm stubborn about spicy miso noodles with hard cabbage topping f^_^;) By the way, I feel like the amount of cabbage is a bit much if you order it as a topping after the noodles arrive. Adding grated garlic will make it twice as delicious, but it will take away the flavor of the miso, so use it in moderation. ー This time I tried adding bean sprout topping. If you order the toppings separately, the noodles won't stretch while you eat the bean sprouts. I recommend it because you can adjust the balance of noodles and mustard while eating. Bean sprouts are delicious, but I prefer cabbage. ー First visit in a while. What's new today? I ordered the tandan noodles from the menu. I don't really like thick noodles, so I made sure they were thin, curly noodles. Is it a trend?Many miso, sesame, and rich pork bone noodles have thick noodles, but I think thin noodles are more delicious. I've had miso ramen at Kurumaya and Nichigetsudo, but the spicy miso ramen with thin noodles here is the best. Honestly, I didn't notice much of a difference between the tandan noodles and the miso ramen. I guess it's spicy miso ramen with lots of pork. Since I don't have much to eat, I cut it into half balls and top it with bean sprouts and cabbage, but when I cut it into half balls, I got a free drink. Thank you for the meal with a great feeling.

I went there for the first time in decades! I came to the store at lunch time on weekdays, but it was quite crowded. The parking lot can park quite a few cars. There is also a paper apron, so you can eat without worrying about business situations. This ramen is so addictive that you want to eat it once every few months. Order the scorpion solidified rich miso! It's delicious! The salt soaks into your hangover body. The rich soup and noodles are well entwined and very delicious. It's not too thick, so even women and children can enjoy it. I was so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take a picture, but the mushroom mini fried rice was also delicious.
