8/6 Sunday Ogawaya Fussa store! I went there not long after it opened! This is where Marugame Seimen used to be! Even though it's a great number of stores, I withdrew! We ate 2 Kotteri Ramen with 2 people! The head office was in Machida City 55 years ago! It looks like Yokohama Ramen! Chashu is delicious! I would like a thinner soup! I will order another menu next time! The inside of the store is beautiful and Ryual, and the young clerk speaks well! Even though there is a water selfie, they brought me water! There is one foreigner girl! I hope it lasts forever! I'm here now! joining hands
🍵Thank you When I went to docomo near Fussa Station for some business, I was finally able to stop by the new store that I had been interested in for a long time🤗 Rich Pork Bone Ramen Ogawaya 1067-5 Fussa, Fussa City, Tokyo Prefecture I had the default ramen (¥750) with the basic soy sauce pork bone 🍜 It's so-called Iekei Ramen, but it's quite delicious 😋 Nowadays, you can eat Iekei ramen in western Japan, but there are still few shops, and I myself have eaten it only a few times in Yamaguchi. So I still don't know what authentic Iekei ramen is like and how delicious it is, so I can't compare, but I would like to express my impressions honestly. The texture of the soup is rich and slightly creamy, which is exactly how I like it. The flavor of the soy sauce wasn't too strong, and I was able to enjoy the rich aroma and flavor of the rich pork bone soup. Gentle sweetness, this is probably the unique feature of Iekei ramen. The extra-thick noodles are comfortable to eat, and the crunchy texture is also a good impression. Among them, the thick and filling char siu can be said to be the signboard of this restaurant, and it was quite impressive. I didn't order rice today, just ramen, but I really wanted to try eating rice with this char siu. Ogawaya's Iekei pork bones were delicious. I would definitely like to try the salt and miso. Next time, I want to add rice to the char siu and eat various things.
