More Comments at Google MapThe best ramen shop in Fuchu is probably Beni. Last time I had wonton noodles and flat noodles with spinach, but just like last time, this time's spicy miso ramen (900 yen) was also perfect. Flat noodles go very well. A perfect combination of back fat, pork belly, and garlic. Due to its location, the cost performance is very good and the quality is very high. Probably no matter what you eat, you won't be disappointed. The owner is also friendly and has excellent communication skills. I felt that there was a sense of insincerity, as if they were not thinking about making a profit.
First visit. I got the wonton noodles and it was delicious. Although it was a solid soup, it was full of flavor and I drank it all. Both the noodles and wontons are extremely delicious.
The friendly shopkeeper serves muka-style ramen that is so delicious that you can even drink the soup. The spicy miso ramen also goes well with the spicy miso and pork belly. The curry is also rich and delicious.
