This is Ramen Jiro's Tachikawa branch. In January 2023, after a long hiatus, the owner changed hands and restarted. The nearest station is Tachikawa Station on the Chuo Main Line, Ome Line, and Nambu Line. Tachikawakita Station and Tachikawaminami Station on the Tama Urban Monorail. I think it's a restaurant that has all three features: delicious, cheap, and easy to get into (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و \\! I finished work early on a weekday, so I had a big lunch! And gutsuri! I decided to go to Tachikawa Jiro. After 11:30, the place was full, 3 people waiting inside and 5 people waiting outside. A two-person operation by the store owner and his assistant. Ticket machine type φ(..) ◆Today's order◆ Small ramen 750 yen I don't have 300g of small noodles. I guess it's around 250g. All calls. The micro-emulsified soup has a relatively mild texture, and the noodles have just the right amount of springiness and slurpiness. The seasoned fat is also good ♪︎ The pork is soft and delicious (๑´ڡ`๑) You don't have to worry too much about the lot, and it's not too hard to line up, so it's good Jiro Tachikawa (o^-')b! Next time, let's try all the small ramen ((o(^∇^) )o)) #Sekiwake #Ramen Jiro #Gatsun! And gutsuri! #ramen #Jiro type #There is a queue #Don't worry about the lot #Good atmosphere #Very likely to revisit
I had only seen it on TV, so I was a little excited when I visited for the first time. You purchase a meal ticket from a ticket vending machine, and at your seat you are asked for your toppings. Although I was a little nervous, "Ramen (large)" "Yasai Garlic Abra" Order. The thick soup, the thick noodles mixed with the soup, the large char siew, and plenty of vegetables make it a very filling dish. I grew up eating only tonkotsu ramen, and the taste and quantity was enough to satisfy me. It was a feast.
I'm not a Jirorian who can appreciate subtle changes in taste, so I found Jiro's taste to be the best. I called and ordered Abra with less garlic. The noodles were chewy and chewy, and I mixed the best oil into the vegetables and poured it into my mouth alternately with the noodles. For the first time in several years, I felt like I was in tears as I relived my youthful days of visiting various Jiro restaurants with my friends when I was a student. The rotation is fast and the lots are large, so once you're seated, you'll be able to get your bowl pretty quickly. If this is your first time at Jiro and you've never been to a shop with artisanal atmosphere, the atmosphere may be a little scary. But the assistant? The staff will guide you to your seat and give you instructions, so I think you can enter the store with peace of mind. There is no problem as long as you remember the call. At 750 yen, it's a bargain in this day and age, and if you're someone who can purely enjoy Jiro Ramen, it'll be a great experience. It was the taste I liked, thank you for the meal 🙏
