Special Chinese noodles. Opened in Tachikawa on December 1, 2020. It seems to be affiliated with ``Koganei Taishoken'' and ``Musashimurayama Taishoken.'' In other words, the taste is similar to the Higashi Ikebukuro type. I was confused between Chinese soba and Mori soba, but the ticket vending machine had Chinese soba at the top, so I had it. The soup is a good balance of the flavor of pork bones and seafood and the richness of animal-based ingredients. It's Higashi Ikebukuro style, but it's light and doesn't have a strong soy sauce flavor, and the taste emphasizes roundness rather than punch. This is delicious! The noodles are straight, medium-thick, and although not chewy, they are supple, smooth, and quite delicious. As expected from Taishoken, the amount is large, maybe around 250g. If the ingredients are special, it will include 3 slices of chashu, lots of menma, seaweed, chopped green onions, naruto, and flavored eggs. The char siu is medium-thick, has a little fat, and has good meat fibers and is delicious! Menma comes in many strip-shaped pieces, and the flavor of the soup stock is clear and the texture is good. The flavored eggs are half-cooked with a sticky yolk, and the seasoning is delicious! Overall, it was a cup that carried on the tradition of Taishoken and was quite delicious. Although it is difficult to say that it is a direct descendant of Higashi-Ikebukuro, the light and gentle flavor will remain delicious forever. I also get a good impression that there is a partition at the counter and that they are taking precautions against the coronavirus. Next time I'll definitely try Mori Soba! I would like to come again.

Taishoken is famous for tsukemen, but their Chinese noodles are also delicious. If you ask for ``salt'' when you hand over your meal ticket, you can get salt soup. This is also delicious.

In one word, it's really delicious! It was lively and the store was clean and well-maintained, which was great. By the way, I had the back fat Chinese noodles~
