I like tonkotsu ramen, so I thought about the tonkotsu ramen shop next door, but I was feeling a little refreshed, so I decided on Kamiza. The soup seemed to be made with chicken stock, and was refreshing yet rich and very filling. It had a slight scent of yuzu, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but gulp it down. The chicken minced rice bowl that came with the set was also delicious. It's located in the food court of LaLaport Tachihi, so I would like to eat the ramen here again when I come to the food court.
This seems to be the only shrine in the Tama area. It was full of vegetables, didn't make me feel guilty, had a light taste, and was very delicious. Even half fried rice was enough for me.
Dotonbori Kamiza opens at LaLaport Tachikawa. It's located next to Hakata Ikkosha, making it a very attractive location. For now, the standard name is ``delicious ramen''. The soup is soy sauce-based, but it has a strong sweet and umami flavor from vegetables. Then there's the slippery Chinese noodles that taste like egg, along with the thin and soft char siu, Chinese cabbage, and pork. It has a somewhat homey feel and is very delicious. The set meal comes with rice, and it seems to go well with the soup. The fried chicken is also delicious.
