One of my favorite ramen (in West Tokyo area)!

Simple, light ramen, nice staff, clean but tiny and a little hard to find shop. The shio ramen and summer cold noodles rock!

5/30 first visit (Musashi-Koganei Station) ◾️ Menu: ･Salt ramen ¥800 ◾️ Thoughts: <Noodles> ･ Noodles are medium thin noodles with a lot of water. (Kotan Seimen) ･The texture of Tsurupuri is delicious and delicious😆 <Soup> ･Chicken and seafood in salted clear water. (white soy sauce blend) ･ The faint flavor of dried food is comfortable with the umami of chicken and shellfish. ･ Soup with moderate amount of oil floating in a sauce that is not salty. ･I really like the uniform taste of all the ingredients in the soup. <topping> ･Balachar is exquisite with a moderately flavored Horoyawa texture💯💯✨ <at the end> ･The balance of the ingredients in the bowl is excellent, and you'll be completely satisfied with it😋
