More Comments at Google MapIt's really delicious! This is Kosaburo I will omit detailed evaluations as many others have written about them. I've eaten a lot of Jiro and Jiro-style ramen, and of course the ramen itself, the atmosphere, and the way the menu is prepared. It was very good overall.
I went on a business trip to Higashi-Koganei. I checked in at ``Ramen Tamatsubaki'' which I was interested in. It's a Jiro-style inspired restaurant with a clean interior, and both the soup and flat noodles were delicious with no overpowering seasoning. The owner listens carefully when you call, so even first-time customers can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. The highlight is the flat noodles. The firmness and noodles are good, making it a very satisfying dish that you can eat smoothly. ● Small information ・3 minutes walk from JR Higashi-Koganei Station ・The ticket vending machine is on the left side after entering, and the cold one is at the back of the entrance. ・Cash only ・For extra vegetables and oil, present the dot stick as a meal ticket. Personally, I would like to try Kozaburo's Tsukemen. I'm sure it will be delicious. Please come and visit us.
The price is 990 yen, which is not cheap, but the soup has a crisp flavor and the vegetables are served separately, so I can eat the noodles quickly and it's perfect for me. The amount of noodles was okay even if it was normal, so it was less than other Jiro types. I would like to go again.
