More Comments at Google MapMy family took me there. Apparently it's pronounced Pokio. Since it was my first time, I ordered normally except for the hardening. A rich pork bone soup that lives up to its name. It's delicious but very salty. Is it supposed to be eaten with rice? Also, it's a little disappointing that the bottom of the bowl is squeezed out so much that it's a seasoned soup type bowl. But other than that, it was a delicious and addictive family. I think I'll order the light flavor next time.
I ate Ayumi Yu Ramen. (Added seaweed) I was wondering why the noodles were not made by Sakai Seimen because of my family's family history, but they were very tasty and went well with the viscous soup, had a good flavor, and had a good balance with the soup. The soup was said to have a strong flavor, but it wasn't salty and was more like a rich soup. The inside of the store is nice and clean, and the taste and appearance are quite different from the impressions in the comments, so I think I'll come back again.
Visited around 12:00 on Saturday, May 21st. Before it gets crowded, you can enter the store and take a seat at the counter. * The ticket vending machine was changed to a touch panel type, and it was designed to receive orders as it was. I ordered the "Rich Tonkotsu Ajitama Ramen (1,000 yen)" with firm noodles and a lot of fat. The soup is really thick and thick, but it doesn't have a lot of peculiarities and is delicious. The noodles are medium-thick noodles, and it feels like a classic Iekei ramen. I like the texture of the seaweed to my liking. Rice or free, so I got less.
