Ramen at Hifumiya in Yokohama I saw it on YouTube and came to the store. This restaurant is loved by local ramen fans. There is parking for about 3 cars in front of the store. First of all, the soup is based on pork bones and chicken bones, and is simmered with a well-balanced combination of vegetables and seasonings, so it is light yet has a deep flavor. The noodles are curly, medium-thick noodles that go well with the soup and are filling. And best of all, the chashu is exquisite. It's thick, melts in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth, and is packed with pork flavor. In addition to ramen, Hifumi-ya's popular menu also includes tsukemen and mazesoba, which you can customize to your liking. There may be a wait during busy times, so depending on the time of day and day of the week, we recommend going a little early.

I went to Hifumiya for the first time and it was delicious~ The lentils cost around 150 yen at other restaurants, but here it was cheaper at 50 yen, and the char siu was delicious (*^^*) It's a store I want to go to again.
