A new ramen shop opened in the hotly contested Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, so I went to try it right away. This is the 16th store in the chain of Daizakura, which is popular for its stable taste. When it comes to tonkotsu and soy sauce ramen, I think of Daisakura, and I've been eating it for over 20 years. The menu includes the standard ramen bowl and gyoza. It's an orthodox yet filling combo. The soup is carefully made in-house and is full of the flavor of pork bones. It was very delicious and went well with the original noodles made in the back of the store. The Zakudon had less fat and was grilled on the surface to enhance its aroma. However, it is very soft and the flavor soaks in well, making it delicious! Have you changed your cooking method? The familiar clerk seemed to have been transferred and was working hard in front of the soup pot. With the opening of this store, it seems that the noodle factory has been moved from the Aobadai store to the Eda store. There aren't many ramen shops around Eda Station, so I think it will become popular as a landmark.
