Today I really wanted to eat miso ramen, so I visited this restaurant that I had been interested in for a while. I visited the store right after it opened, so I was lucky enough to be able to park my car in the parking lot (3 spaces) in front of the store. As a corn lover, I had no hesitation in ordering the sweet Biei corn and Hokkaido butter ramen, and the rich miso soup was exquisitely delicious. If you ask, you can also get split soup, so if you don't like it too thick, you can adjust the soup accordingly! Next time, I would like to try my favorite Hakodate ramen.

I was hesitant to go in for the first time because people said the prices were high, but when I tried it, I could see that they used high-quality ingredients. A single item of miso, soy sauce, and salt won't cost more than 1,000 yen. Like the violets, the lard lid prevents steam from building up, so the soup stays piping hot. This is a valuable restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Hokkaido ramen while staying in Yokohama. Additional comments: The overall rating is a low 3.9, but I think it's over 4.0 in terms of taste. It seems that the evaluation has been lowered due to price setting and other items.

I ate delicious and satisfying miso ramen for the first time in a long time. I got used to it. It seems that they use ingredients from Hokkaido. I ate 5 spicy of spicy Enma miso ramen. The best is 6 spicy. Spicy boiled gyoza was super delicious🤗
