More Comments at Google MapThis is also a ramen restaurant that I've been interested in for years. "Tai Dashi Ramen Seiryu" is located in Tama Ward, Kawasaki City. Isn't it delicious? The order is Sea bream soup salt ramen B set 1000 yen. (Comes with 3 pieces of fried chicken and rice) Plus 300 yen for chashu noodles. It was 1300 yen. The sea bream soup is definitely effective in the ramen soup. wonderful. The noodles are thin curly noodles. Chewy noodles that are thin but chewy and have elasticity. wonderful. There are 6 small but thick pieces of chashu. It's guinea-holo-toro. It's satisfying to eat. wonderful. Also, the fried chicken in the set is excellent. Freshly fried, crispy and juicy. The taste is also good. wonderful. Some people say that the soup is salty, and while it is true that it is a bit salty...I don't think it's that bad. Barely OK. It was so salty that some people might find the taste dull if it wasn't this much. And it turned out to be an unexpectedly good meat festival. Everything was delicious. Definitely a repeat decision.
Two people used it after 12:00 noon on weekdays. I thought it would be crowded because it was around noon, but it was empty and I could use a table seat. I ordered the sea bream dashi salt ramen that was recommended. I wanted to eat gyoza, but I didn't want rice, so I ordered a single gyoza and shared it with my companion. The ramen was thin curly noodles and was boiled hard. The clear soup was so delicious. It had a strong sea bream taste but no fishy smell, and it was a wonderful balance. The gyoza had a hint of ginger. I usually don't like gyoza dumplings served at ramen shops because they have a strong taste, but the gyoza dumplings here are very easy to eat.
I visited for the first time on 2023/03/29. For lunch A, I received a set of soy sauce ramen, rice topped with mentaiko, and 3 grilled gyoza for 900 yen. The specialty here is the sea bream soup stock, but by ordering the soy sauce ramen, I was able to confirm the strength of the soup. It is a neat ramen with thin noodles mixed with elegant clear soup stock. The accompanying chashu is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The gyoza was small, had a lot of filling, and was perfectly cooked. Although it is not a strong ramen, I hope that this kind of gentle taste remains in the Noborito area, which is becoming a competitive area.
