Since it was my first time, I ordered Bushi Soba. When I look at the menu, I see Kumamoto ramen, pork bone, miso, and spicy. I was a little worried about the abundance of food, but it was more delicious than I expected. A delicious taste that you can eat every day. The seafood soup is strong but not overwhelming and the medium-thick noodles are delicious. Many of our regular customers order tonkotsu, and Kyushu noodles are free of charge. When I hear about Kaedama Barikata, it might be authentic tonkotsu ramen, but next time I want to try black tonkotsu, but I'm also addicted to bushi soba.
