First time visiting at lunch time / card acceptable The noodles were thin and the soup was good balanced with salt! The egg was very unique and it had a smokey flavour in my mouth. Easy to order using the machine so I like it!

Weekday lunch in early February. Visited here on the way before a client meeting in the afternoon. I was actually planning to go to Miyazaki, but it's temporarily closed 😱 The store is in a good location, about 2 to 3 minutes walk from Mukogaoka-Yuen Station on the Odakyu Line. Arrived at the store at 11:35. Entered the store without prior information. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine on the left after entering the entrance. Check out the menu first. It's a type of menu where you touch the monitor to select the menu, and first select Tsukemen Kamazesoba. A mechanism that displays the selected menu. I don't really like this system. Personally, I like it when there are a lot of analog buttons because it's easier to choose. If you select Mazesoba, the Mazesoba menu will be displayed. What was offered at the time of the visit was: ・Mazesoba (950 yen) ・Plenty of whitebait and clams mixed with salt (1,000 yen) ・Stamina mazesoba white (950 yen) ・Stamina mazesoba red (1,000 yen) If you select plenty of whitebait, you will be taken to the toppings page. The noodles are available in large servings (100 yen), and toppings include flavored eggs, chashu pork, seaweed, bamboo shoots, chopped meat, chopped onions, sakura shrimp, and mustard greens. The salt-mixed soba with lots of whitebait and clams comes with a complimentary side dish, so you can complete your order without toppings... It's hard to understand the operation 😰 Press the button on the top right of the screen, press the ticket issue button on the next screen, and finally complete your order. If it were an analog ticket vending machine, you would only have to press the button once to complete the purchase. There are 8 counter seats and 1 customer in front of you. The interior is new and clean. The owner and one female staff member are in the kitchen. It's nice to see that the owner is so enthusiastic. Table seasonings include pepper, bonito powder, and vinegar, and I'd like to try them all. The bowl was ready in about 5 minutes, which was pretty quick! Let's have it🍴🙏 First, the egg yolk was served on a separate plate. It looks better if the egg yolk is placed on top of the bowl, but I feel that the owner is very particular about wanting you to eat it as is without stirring it at first. Arugula adds color to the noodles mixed with a large amount of whitebait, clams, and sakura shrimp. Take a sip of noodles. The umami of the shellfish soup stock and the flavor of the garlic go well with the moderate saltiness. Italian taste that women seem to like. Some reviews said it was bland, but it's just right for me. If you mix in the egg yolk, the salty taste will be wrapped in the egg yolk and become milder. I tried pepper and bonito powder after I ate 1/3 of the food, but both had a nice change in taste. Vinegar is also good, but I ended up using too much of it. If you use it in moderation, it will definitely give you a nice taste😅 I finished the noodles and ordered another meal. I had quite a bit of whitebait, clams, and sakura shrimp left over, so I mixed them together and sprinkled them with a bit of pepper, giving them a nice flavor that stimulated my tongue and stomach just the right way. Completed the meal in no time. I arrived at this restaurant in a hurry, and found it to be a very nice restaurant, not only because of the taste but also because the owner was very helpful.
