More Comments at Google MapEven though it's a local restaurant, I felt very welcome. The miso ramen was so tasty too. I'll definitely be back to try the other ramen soups?.
Asahikawa Ramen Marumame-san Asahikawa Ramen-ya is nearby on my way back from visiting the owner's house. I had passed by it many times before, but I realized that I had passed by without noticing it. It was after 1pm, but the restaurant was full. Although it only has a counter, it seems to be loved by the locals. When you think of Asahikawa, you think of miso, right? So for my first day today, I went with the standard miso (*´艸`)because I like spicy ramen, so I went with spicy miso. The shop owner appears to be running the shop by himself. I don't have many opportunities to eat miso ramen, but the egg-colored curly noodles and the rich pusu soup intertwine. Miso spicy noodles also contain tofu. There is a wide variety of soy sauce/salt and ramen. I thought Asahikawa Ramen had corn in it, so if you like corn, I recommend the corn topping. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious and the soup was so hot that I couldn't stop sweating. I'll visit again when I'm passing by. This time with soy sauce♪
I ordered the special miso ramen and half fried rice. I really liked the miso ramen. The soup has a slightly sweet taste and is coated to prevent it from getting cold. (I should have added butter topping 😭) It reminded me of the ramen I used to eat when I lived in Asahikawa. The fried rice was a little salty, so I guess it depends on your taste. Also, if you have a chance to go nearby, I would like to stop by.
