Mr. Observatory, who has been indebted to me for a long time, I am addicted to the unique flavor soup of this shop, from beer and gyoza to ramen and tsukemen. The price is also suppressed and the price is working hard. It is a shop that I want to take care of forever.

We have been regulars since the two masters left their salaried jobs and opened the restaurant. Nowadays, I go there only a few times a year, looking for a taste of my youth. It's a little sad that the only alcohol available is beer, but I hope this restaurant continues to do its best.

When I was a student, I ate ramen from this restaurant called Shina Soba three times a week. Miso chashu ramen. The medium-thick curly noodles, or maybe called tamagomen, are yellow and taste good. It's piping hot and the chashu melts in your mouth. I usually drink the miso soup until the end. Cold Tsukemen. It comes with two types of sauce: sesame sauce and sour soy sauce, so you can enjoy both at once. Chilled noodles sit on a colander and are served with bean sprouts and chashu. All of these dishes are well-balanced and delicious without being too overpowering. I love gyoza too! Boiled eggs are also delicious! Soy sauce ramen is also good! The master's conversation and personality are also good. It had a chic feel to it, and as a Kansai person, I thought that people in Tokyo were refreshing and cool. It may not be the elaborate ramen of today, but the taste has remained exactly the same as it was 30 years ago. It's the best ramen shop. As I get off at Tsutsujigaoka Station and head toward the store, the smell of boiling noodles and soup gradually approaches me. When I entered the store through a noren curtain with a sign reading 'Memorandum' written on it, I was asked to come in and sat down at the counter to order. Even when I close my eyes, I can still see the scene. When I go to Tokyo, I will eat there again! !
