I came to this restaurant because I heard about it from a famous ramen YouTuber. The flavored fat and crispy vegetables went well together, and the pork was thick but tender, with a great flavor and was extremely delicious. Are the noodles a little thin for a Jiro type? It went well with the soup, and although the soup is a traditional non-emulsifying soup and has a weak punch, I felt that it was easy to eat for beginners and people who are not good at strong soups. The topping called sukiyaki combines fish meal, fat, and eggs to provide the best flavor. I want to visit again since it's a local.

The taste is milder and gentler than soy sauce. I feel like there's quite a bit of garlic in it even though it's normal. The garlic is finely chopped so it mixes well with the noodles. Delicious, delicious, delicious! Why has this kind of ramen never existed in Chofu before? Chofu hasn't had an authentic Jiro style ramen in the past, so it's sure to get crowded in the future.
