It looks like a thick soy sauce ramen, but once you taste it, it's a wonderful salted plum soup. The rich soup contains two large pieces of chashu, menma, seaweed, and green onions in a well-balanced dish. The noodles are thin and go well with this soup. I feel like I'm about to drink all the soup, but I'm old enough to hold back. By the way, the female customer next to me was drinking all her drinks perfectly. I've been going here for about 20 years, and the salt ramen is also delicious. I would also like to see the return of wontons. The unspoken rule is that when you finish eating, you put the bowl on the counter and the cash is tight.
