Visited by car through a recommendation from a ramen lover. The affiliated parking lot is a large contracted parking lot next to Marugame Seimen, and when you look from the front, there are two signboards hanging in the back right corner. I ordered a medium sized portion of everything for 1,200 yen. My family didn't eat it very often, but I loved the flavor and smell of the soy sauce, chicken oil, and pork bones that filled my mouth with the first bite, and I was immersed in the meal. It's irresistible with plenty of seaweed and chashu. You'll be happy to know that you get a free medium or large bowl of noodles, and you can get a home run bar after your meal. For men, the medium size might be just the right amount. I was happy to sip delicious ramen while listening to the radio at the counter seats, which had an old-fashioned interior.
☆Musashisakai Tsubasa☆ This is in Musashisakai. Speaking of Tsubasa-ya, the main store is Tachikawa. Rather than being from the Rokkaku family, I wonder if it's more correct to say that it's a shop derived from Rokkaku. Ramen + nori seaweed. I asked for hard noodles. The kitchen is in the back of the store and you can't see it well, I don't know some of the big ones. I saw only one. Of course it's cooked. The noodles of Mikawaya Seimen were boiled in Tebo. The store doesn't smell like pork bones, There is a good smell of kaeshi in the air. Last time it was a pretty light impression I wonder. I got a bowl in 5 to 6 minutes, The color of the soup is darker than last time. The visual is nice too♪ Soup is balanced. A lot of chicken oil floated and had a good smell. The soup was slightly viscous. A soup with a strong pork bone broth and a strong umami flavor. There is a lot of chicken oil and you can feel the chicken feeling strongly. There is no roughness, but it leaves a slight aftertaste of animal. It has a rich flavor and leaves a nice aftertaste. It was a stronger soup than last time. Strong soy sauce flavor. The barb isn't sharp, but it's sharp The balance with this pork bone feeling is good. The soup was plentiful and hot. Yeah. Last time it was a pretty light image Not at all. It's honestly delicious ♪ The main store was milder, and I had the impression that it was a little more matte, This one had a stronger sense of soy sauce, and the soup had a sharpness. The medium-thick noodles of Mikawaya Seimen are slightly wavy. The cross section is rectangular and just the right thickness. Boiled to a normal level. The slightly smooth noodles may be because they are not too hard. There was also elasticity, and there was a moderate feeling of mochiri. It might have been the most delicious Mikawaya noodle I've eaten recently. The texture was good and the compatibility with the soup was also good. Char siu is a shoulder loin and the size and thickness are normal. Soft and moderately seasoned. It tasted a little more classic. A lot of spinach. It was a little soft, but tasted as it should. 7 sheets of nori seaweed. Large and normal thickness. It has a rough texture and is a little weak when soaked in soup, and the texture is a little more. The flavor was pretty good. 100 yen for 7 pieces of this seaweed is conscientious♪ The green onions for condiments are appropriately cut into rounds. It wasn't spicy, but it had a certain amount of green onion smell and was a good condiment. Yeah. It was surprisingly delicious. Completed in no time. I have to come regularly There is also such a thing ... Reflection. I once again felt that it was one of the best Iekei stores in Tokyo. I forgot to get a service home run bar lol Thank you for the meal♪
