Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan｜Wonton Ramen Mangetsu

Very famous ramen restaurant. Salted flavoured ramen and soy sauce flavoured ramen both had elegant taste. The wontons melted.

I have visited this ramen restaurant twice and the summer special cold wonton ramen is incredible. I crave this every time I am hungry and hope to make a trip back there soon. I used to be an avid iekei ramen fan but now this style is my new favourite. The shop is rather small but when I went there I could get a seat straight away, although on the weekends it would not surprise me if there was a queue. The soup is light and flavourful and the wontons have a silky texture when you bite into them.
