We popped in on the off chance after visiting Studio Ghibli and so glad we did. Amazing spicy ramen, the guys were really friendly, Google translate helped. Cheap, tasty, huge bowl of ramen with free rice.

Purchase miso ramen and spicy green onion topping from the ticket vending machine outside. At the entrance, I asked the staff if I could get a large serving for free or rice for free, and I thought I would choose between the two, but I was told that both were free. Depending on the lot, there may be a considerable waiting time. In addition to sansho, chili pepper, and garlic, there are plenty of sesame seeds, furikake, and pickled vegetables on the table. The taste is quite delicious, and I recommend it if you want to eat a hearty miso ramen.

2023/5/6 First visit I arrived around 11:45 on a Saturday at the end of Golden Week, and the restaurant was almost full. I bought it from the ticket machine in front of the store, handed it over to the store clerk, and was guided to the counter.There was one seat at the counter, so I was able to sit down right away. I ordered basic miso ramen and half fried rice. The water was self-serve and there were many seasonings such as spiciness and numbing. Approximately 5 minutes after being seated, the meal was served, and the noodles were beautifully plated with chashu pork, stir-fried bean sprouts, and more. The soup was very mellow and creamy with a little miso flavor, and the noodles were yellow and thinner than medium-thick, without waves, but they were still thoroughly covered in soup and I enjoyed both. The stir-fried bean sprouts are lukewarm (maybe the timing), and the char siu is my favorite type of firmness, but it falls apart along the fibers. Oh, when I handed over the ticket, I was asked if I wanted a large serving for free, so of course I asked for it. The fried rice was thoroughly stir-fried, so it was piping hot and delicious.I was very satisfied with both the ramen and fried rice. The popularity of the restaurant is evident as there is a constant change of customers during the meal. The rice was free (refills included). The food ticket machine accepts cash and PayPay QR code.
