One of my absolute favorite places to get ramen and gyoza in Higashikurume!! The staff is always so kind and upbeat!! Highly highly recommended!!

"Tantanmen Kai" in front of Higashikurume Station. This is a restaurant where you can eat very delicious new tantanmen type tantanmen. The spiciness and umami come alternately, making it a truly lingering taste. Slipping the medium-thick noodles that go down easily, drinking the soup with plenty of beaten eggs, ground meat, and minced garlic while eating hearty portions of fried rice will give you the ultimate feeling of euphoria! The master's craftsmanlike work style and the proprietress' courteous customer service are also wonderful ◎

Tantanmen may have a simple appearance, but the soup and noodles are nicknamed and are delicious! The fried rice is also very satisfying. I drank all the soup!
