Best ramen I've ever had in my life. Noodles were just the right thickness and chew, so smooth. The meat and toppings, delicious. The broth was light but flavourful. Absolutely perfect in every way. There's only a small number of counter seats so you may need to line up.

This ramen tasted so good that after I took the first sip of the broth I looked over at my friend and said, “I’d climb a mountain to eat this again.” (True story) Seriously though, this ramen is made with a chicken broth and it’s both rich and creamy. One of my favorite ramen restaurants at the moment. They use a condensed chicken broth for the ramen that is incredibly deep and rich in chicken flavor. Not for the faint of heart, very thick soup and they offer some tabasco hot sauce to cut through the creaminess. Be sure to line up a bit early as there are only six seats and one man working.
