I remember being shocked by the rich bonito-based soup when I first ate there nearly 20 years ago when it first opened. Nowadays, you can eat tsukemen with a rich soup in many places, but when I ate it for the first time in a while, I thought that the soup here was not only rich but also delicate and well-balanced, made with great care. In conclusion, this place is really delicious.
