When it opened, I visited it, but it was too thick and greasy, so it was the last time. However, it was recently popular on the internet and I visited again last night. I always eat junk food. (Ramen with bean sprouts on the photo) Until now, when I wanted to eat rich ramen in Tanashi, I would eat pork ramen at Jaian No. Ramen ranking number one. You may think that it is a common Jiro-style ramen, but it is not. The Jiro series has a strong soy sauce because the soup is not very emulsified, but the soup is rich and delicious with a thick animal-based emulsified soup. The noodles are so chewy that you can eat them without losing the strength of the soup. When I finish eating it, it looks bad for my body and I feel guilty, but I want to eat it again. It's a very delicious ramen. There are various other flavors such as abura soba and seafood and pork bone tsukemen, but apart from Kusemono and Eizo ramen, there are flavors that can be eaten elsewhere, and I personally know better restaurants than Eizo, so I recommend it. I eat habits. Eizo ramen gets a little oily when you eat it, so I choose the one with plenty of bean sprouts and green onions. When I have plans to go out the next day, it's Eikura Ramen.
