More Comments at Google MapInstead of having ramen for dinner, I usually want to eat a more nutritionally balanced meal, and I feel like ramen makes me feel full. However, the fusion of the aroma of the ramen soup stock and soy sauce, and the flavorful chashu and eggs here are an exception to me. I sometimes get off the train and eat dinner here, but it's almost the only ramen I can find that makes me want to eat it. We recommend the special soy sauce ramen.
The store opens at 11:00, and I arrived just after 11:00. Since the ticket vending machine is outside, first purchase a meal ticket with the ticket vending machine. I bought the special kombu water tsukemen (1250 yen). When you enter the store with a meal ticket and hand it to the store clerk, you will be asked, "I can make a large serving, so would you like to do the following?" I would like to ask for a large serving. Inside the store, there are only counter seats, and there are seats facing the kitchen side and the opposite side, and the customers are back-to-back. I sat on the opposite side of the kitchen, so I casually looked at the wall and saw how to eat delicious kombu-water tsukemen. Well, after a while, the kelp water tsukemen arrived. A lot of strip-cut green onions and square-cut chashu float in the soup. When you scoop it with a lotus, the amount is staggering. There is a lot of it, so it's filling. And the soup has a strong chicken scent and umami, and it has a rich and deep flavor, even though I thought it was a clear soup. I like this flavor. Noodles are firmly used in kombu water. If you can see the black grains, it looks like whole grains. At first, it was written that it should be dipped in the soup, but I wanted to enjoy the taste of the noodles first, so I put the lemon ginger, wasabi, and rock salt that were provided along with the flavor modifiers directly on the noodles without dissolving them in the soup. to watch. Personally, I feel that the wasabi and rock salt really brought out the flavor of the noodles. The amount of noodles is 200g for a normal serving and 300g for a large serving, but the kelp water effect makes it smooth to drink, so even 300g doesn't feel like much at all. I felt like eating more. (Isn't there a tokumori?) The three types of char siu were rose, loin, and duck, and the duck meat was especially delicious. Is the taste ball normal? At the end, I thought it would be a soup, but I will add the remaining kelp water as written in the guide and have a soup. It was definitely rich and the deliciousness doubled. Thank you for the meal.
Overall, I think it's light and easy to eat and delicious. Has the store just been opened? It was a very bright, clean, and clean store.
