Great tsukemen! Good taste and great noodles.

Natural amberjack and dried sardines soup is exquisite. I ordered salt ramen and soy sauce ramen, both of which are delicious. The inside of the store was very clean and there was a noodle workshop. The noodles are straight and entwined well with the soup. The chashu was also soft and delicious.

I was looking at this shop from the bus and the sign caught my attention, so I decided to check it out! When I researched it in advance, I found that it was dried sardines. Today is my first visit, so I ordered something without toppings... I decided to bother you. There are about 3 parking spaces in front of the store and a second parking lot a few minutes walk away for about 5 spaces. there is. When you enter the store, there is one ticket vending machine. Is there 4 double seats? All that's left is the counter. The partitions were also well placed. There are two of us here today, so we're having soy sauce and salt ramen😊 I decided to get the extra gyoza. The water is self-service, but it's not tap water! I couldn't tell the difference even after drinking it 😊 When I was doing that, I didn't have to wait long before the ramen came out😃 The ingredients are 1 slice of pork, white onion, and maybe spinach? I felt like I had enough because I was riding various things with thin menma. I had the salt ramen... so let me know what you think! The noodles are thin and chewy. The soup tastes like this restaurant's! Dried sardines😊 I was very impressed with it. It's a slightly bitter soup. Is it the bitterness of dried sardines? This felt pretty good! I think you will find your preference...😁 The gyoza is... ordinary in a good way! I had a little bit of the soy sauce ramen soup! I've always liked salt, but soy sauce is also available. I wonder if it goes well with soy sauce?
