Asaka, Saitama, Japan｜Miso Ramen Specialty Store Nichigetsudo Asaka

It was my second visit. Topped with green onions in a rich miso flavor! I'm not good at spicy food, so I used white leeks instead of red leeks! I don't usually eat miso ramen, but this place is delicious and I want to repeat it again. Both times the staff was very nice and helpful! Looking forward to going again!

I love miso ramen. Order special miso ramen with a meal ticket. It was late at night, but I was able to find the only seat left at the counter. The rice bowl arrives in about 5 minutes. When you take a sip of the soup, the scent of Japanese pepper hits your nose, the crispness of the onions, and the perfectly doneness of the roast pork. Personally, I want miso ramen to have a deep flavor and strong richness, and I like the firmness of the back fat. I also added some garlic from the table and it was really delicious! I am satisfied with the well-prepared miso ramen.

It seems that it has been renovated since last week and will reopen from 11:00 today. The atmosphere of the shop has changed from pitch black to a stylish atmosphere and has become brighter. I will go there someday.
