Wow, this is delicious! A long time ago, when I was renewing my driver's license, I ate something like this at a restaurant on Higashihachi Road near the test center! I remember it clearly. I can't analyze what it tastes like, but the soup has a distinct, sharp taste. The taste is even better if you slurp the thin noodles straight from the bowl (I ordered thick noodles, but these are generally considered thin noodles). The noodles are also homemade and have a great flavor. The char siu has a plump texture when it's cold, but it has a smooth texture when it's warmed up until the end. If you eat it on the rice, it will have a flavor similar to that of soup, and the meal will go well (for a fee).

Anyway, it's delicious, the Marugen ramen is also delicious, but sometimes I come here if I want a light ramen.Wonton noodles are probably my favorite❗
