More Comments at Google MapThis shop provides authentic ramen. Probably the best around. While niboshi based soup that smells slightly fishy is their signature, they also serve shoyu or miso soup ramen and tsukemen.
Nice place.
[Large size is free on weekdays] valuable around here A restaurant where you can eat tsukemen A rich soup made with seafood and chicken stock, and extra-thick noodles made with stone-ground whole grain flour from Nagano Prefecture. The char siu is so soft that it's mushy. Since it's a seafood restaurant, the smell may be a bit strong, but I got used to it after going there many times lol. The soup bowl is piping hot, so be careful when lifting it off the counter. I love tsukemen, but there aren't many restaurants around here that serve them, so I'm very grateful 🍜 Of course the other ramen are also delicious! It's a counter seat, so I get the impression that there are a lot of 1-2 customers. Southern songs are mainly played in the store. Some people say that the shop owner is unfriendly, but I don't mind that. I'm actually the type of person who doesn't want the store staff to talk to me lol I like it because I can concentrate on eating my favorite tsukemen in peace when I come here☺️ I think people who are looking for excessive service should not come here. There is a small smoking area outside. There are 3 spaces at the back of the large paved parking lot across the road, numbers 49, 50, and 51. It is also my favorite point that they regularly offer a limited time menu unexpectedly, such as chilled ramen in summer and lobster ramen in winter. This lobster ramen is also excellent. Thank you for always providing delicious tsukemen and ramen! I will go again ✨
