More Comments at Google MapGood old, addictive flavor. When I come here, I always eat a large serving of green onion karashi tsukemen (miso). The yellow curly noodles go well with the richly flavored dipping sauce. This is one of the stores that I hope will continue to be around 10 or 20 years from now.
[2022.1 visit] Nearly 20 years ago, I really liked Ramen Daio's "karashi tsukemen" in a residential area of Tsurumi, and I went there almost every week. It's been a long time since I moved, but Menichi-san also found out that it's a restaurant where you can have "karashi tsukemen" and went there! We had the mustard tsukemen, a large serving of noodles, and wakame seaweed topping. The medium-thick curly Chinese noodles with a plump texture and the spiciness of the mustard and slightly sour soup are the perfect match! The soup feels a little strong at first, but it gets better towards the end. At the end, it's good to eat like mustard ramen with soup. Even though it was a large serving, I was able to eat it easily 😄 Thank you for the meal! There was a paper apron at the entrance. Parking is free for up to 1 hour if you shop at the nearby supermarket. I asked around 12:00 on a weekday to see how crowded it was, and the store was full, so I waited for a while. After that, the number of customers kept almost full. There are reviews that customer service is bad, but I personally didn't think it was a level of concern. It is an impression that you are working efficiently.
I go once a month. The Nakamachidai store will be in its 24th year in April 2023. Although it is a little far from the station, there are always customers and it is a popular store. I like Negidake Ramen with miso and sometimes soy sauce. A taste of stability. I will use it from now on as well.
