More Comments at Google Map[First posted in October 2023] This is my first visit to this store. The reason I mention this store is because I used to live in Kawasaki about 20 years ago, and a store called ``Ramen Hatch'' opened in Motosumiyoshi, and I had a lot of feelings towards it. . I started going to ramen shops because I came across this shop. The ramen was so delicious that I kept coming back. Later, tsukemen was added to the menu, and the punchy, bonito-flavored dipping sauce was so delicious that I fell in love with it. After a while, the owner of the restaurant opened a tsukemen specialty restaurant in Hiyoshi, and I remember very well that I used to frequent that restaurant. After that, I knew that the stores in Motosumiyoshi and Hiyoshi closed and this store opened, but I had not been there for a long time, partly because I had moved, but this time I decided to go to Yokohama. I visited for the first time because I had to go out by car for some errands. Arrived after 11am on a Saturday. There was a parking lot where about 10 cars could be parked, but although there were already several cars parked, I was able to enter the store without having to wait. I was confused by the increasing number of items on the menu, but I ended up getting the ``super rich tsukemen with everything in it.'' There was an IH installed at the seat, and when the soup was brought to us, the staff turned on the IH and heated the soup. When it starts to simmer, you can keep it warm and enjoy piping hot tsukemen anytime! amazing! Now that I think about it, I used to go out of my way to order hot soup so it wouldn't get cold, but I don't have to worry about that anymore and can enjoy it to my heart's content. oh yeah! The menma was also this thick, and the chashu pork was shaped like this instead of round. I was able to enjoy my first visit while reliving my memories of those days! The chewy medium-thick noodles mixed with the soup were very delicious. I had some soup left over, so I ordered extra rice and was very satisfied with it! The store clerk was also very friendly and nice. When I looked into the kitchen, the owner didn't seem to be there. (Of course, the owner doesn't know me, so I can't say hello even if he's there, but I wanted to see his face.) The menu has expanded a lot, so I would like to visit again if I have a chance!
This is a recommended tsukemen restaurant that I have been going to for 15 years. Various tsukemen, ramen, Taiwanese mixed soba, oil soba, fried chicken, boiled gyoza, and a wide variety of menus. There are 14 parking lots, so it's safe. Why don't you try it once? The infection control is solid, and you can eat with confidence! ️
There is an IH heater for each person, so you can enjoy tsukemen with hot soup for a long time.
