More Comments at Google Map2023/09/23 Saturday night visit. It's not crowded at all. I bought a meal ticket and entered the store. I ate Tsukemen Aizu. delicious. It is better to mix the soup and eat it. There was a surprisingly large amount of noodles, and even just a bowl of noodles would make you feel full, so it was a good idea not to make it a huge serving. It's amazing that there are two Shirakawa-style ramen restaurants near Azamino's Kosuga.
Zaru ¥900 Sour and spicy tsukemen I've been eating this only for 20 years. ◎ Chinese soba ¥800 Fish soup When I want to drink soup, this is what I would do in my 50s. ◯ Chinese noodles ¥800 Chicken soup For young people. ◯ These three things seem to be the main ingredients of Shirakawa soba, but when I read the reviews, I was also curious about the salt. It has more volume than it looks. The owner occasionally stirs the hand-made curly noodles. Closed: Tuesdays + 3rd Wednesday of the month Closed during the year-end and New Year holidays from 31st (Sunday) to 3rd (Wednesday) It seems that it will be open from January 4th in 2024! To the left of the ticket vending machine is a hair tie (FREE) (just a colored rubber band lol). There are a lot of manga Atashinchi that I'm looking forward to. ◯
I had Shirakawa Ramen and Aburidon. The smooth and chewy flat noodles are very delicious with the gentle soy sauce soup. The char siu ingredients and the flavored egg toppings are also well-balanced. In addition, the ``Aburi-don'' (broiled rice bowl) is a must-try dish at this restaurant. Roasted pork is fragrant and appetizing, and goes well with white rice. Although it is thick, it has an exquisite texture that allows you to bite into it easily. Please note that the name of the dish on the ticket is ``Adon''. This shop is part of the famous Shirakawa ramen shop ``Tora Shokudo'', so even though it's located far from the station, there may be a line of people lining up even during the daytime on weekdays. It is recommended at night because you can often get in without waiting.
