Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Hiyoshi Taishou-ken

Really small shop which can only seat a few people. The Ramen is good and bit like Chinese style with delicious wonton sheets in the soup.

One of my most favorite ramen spots in Japan. Shop is small and only about 6 people can sit but besides that the ramen is delicious.

I have been going to Eifukucho Taishoken for over 45 years and have visited all the Eifuku Taishoken restaurants, but it is definitely the No. 1 shop in the Eifuku series! I've been going to the main store for a long time, but Hiyoshi has been my favorite since 10 years ago! Every time I see Mr. and Mrs. Yoshida earnestly face making ramen, I'm really moved.No matter when I visit, the soup stock with a stable sharpness is delicious. I will do it 😆 I highly recommend taking it home ♪
