Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Menya Kokoro

My go to place for a good plate of noodles, the flavor is immaculate but I would say slightly on the saltier + spicier side. Would definitely recommend adding pork and slightly less garlic to elevate the taste. 10/10!!

Clean store with friendly staff. The menu has a good variety with several kinds of mini donburi and other side dishes. I has the salt flavor ramen with Taiwan style donburi with a side of 2 fried chicken and was delicious. Extra noodles was free. Next time need to come back to try the soupless mix ramen.

Very good restaurant, my favorite in Hiyoshi. You have to wait a little longer than in an ordinary ramen, but it is very worth it. Would recommend
