There are several hot water ramen restaurants in Musashikosugi, but we recommend this one near the south exit. The recommended hot water ramen here comes with salt and soy sauce, but I definitely prefer the salt! ️ It's delicious when you sprinkle it with plump pepper. The noodles are relatively thin (don't compare them to Hakata ramen lol), so they're easy to eat. Here, I also ordered rice and added it to the soup as a finishing touch. This hot water ojiya is quite delicious. Of course, I add black pepper and drink up the soup. It's very delicious
