Their pork chasyu is the star (no pun intended) of the dish. My top 2 Jiro Style Ramen at the moment. The soup is clearer than others but just as flavorful. Lots of veggies too with good balance of bean sprouts to cabbage. The noodle is really flavorful and not too mushy. Easy to slurp. Do bear in mind that the portion is huge. Sometimes the queue is really long but it is worth the wait. They never disappoint.

Easily the biggest Ramen I've ever eaten! The regular size is easily double the amount of a normal store. But it's not just big, but the taste was excellent too. 5 stars 🤤

Everyone in the world, please listen. This is the most delicious ramen in Japan. There are many types of ramen in Japan and they are famous. You can find many ramen restaurants on the streets of Tokyo, but most of them fall far short of Butaboshi. If you eat "Butaboshi", your life will change. There is no doubt that you will want to move to Japan. This is Japanese culture. Fujiyama, Geisha, and Butaboshi.
