I love exploring different ramen shops and comparing them. Living closeby, Hagetaka has become my favourite ramen place in the neighborhood. Their classic tonkotsu ramen has a rich but not overpowering flavor and the eggs are delicious as well. The shop itself is rather new, cozy and very clean.

Mouth watering ramen, among the Tokyo area's best.
