nice ramen place. The cooks are a bit rude but i guess most ramen vendors are like that
I ordered the average ramen for 800 yen and the free rice, which was hard and strong. It is located a little south of Tokyu Square. I think it's a pretty delicious restaurant that is popular with everyone and comes from a family that is easy to eat. The soup was easy to drink, and it didn't feel too strong when I drank it alone, but the flavor soaked into the noodles and seaweed more easily than at other restaurants, and when I ate them together, it felt thicker. The taste of pork bones is quite muted, so even people who don't like the taste and smell of pork bones can enjoy it. The noodles are made with a unique, chewy texture. The seaweed as an ingredient had a very strong flavor, and it was easy to absorb the soup and went well with the rice. The char siu is a type that has had all the fat removed and has a mediocre taste. The customer service was very cheerful and nice. On weekday evenings, you can get in without lining up, and the turnover rate is good, and on days when it's not full, it's pretty quick, taking just over 5 minutes. It may not be enough for people who are looking for a punchy flavor, but I think it's a flavor that you'll want to come back to on a regular basis. Overall, this is a highly recommended restaurant in my family.
