Delicious, no-soup/oil ramen (abura soba) at a reasonable price. There is a range of tasty and interesting seasonings you can add yourself, including Cajun spice, which is recommended. The basic bowl costs around 800 yen and extra noodles can be added for free. Other toppings, including egg and pork, cost extra. I recommend the spicy miso, which has a strong kick but really suits the flavour. You can add onions and garlic at the table for free. This restaurant has single, bench-style seating only, so it’s not suitable for big groups or families. However, the food is excellent. I hope they offer take-out service soon.

I go there once or twice a month! The customer service from welcoming you to serving food to seeing you off is very pleasant, and you can leave feeling satisfied and satisfied. If you have a greasy image and can't get enough of it, I highly recommend you give it a try! Like me, it was so much fun and delicious that I wished I had gone earlier. There's black sesame, fish meal, Cajun and curry powder, pepper, chili pepper, chopped onion, garlic, vinegar, and chili oil, so you'll never get tired of customizing it every time. Please try finding your favorite flavor. I enjoy it a little with vinegar and chili oil, add plenty of chopped onions, and mix in other spices little by little.To top it off, I add the split soup and a little bit of vinegar for a refreshing and complete meal. The staff was very cheerful and I didn't have to wait long, so I had a comfortable time. The ticket vending machine is easy to use, and it is nice that you can use transportation electronic money. There are 3 types of free drinks, and it's nice to be able to drink while you wait. With several toppings to choose from, there's no one who won't be satisfied. The bowl stays warm so you can enjoy piping hot noodles forever. It's nice to have a shelf to store bags. It's good to be able to remove paper aprons and tissues as you like. Extra-large meals are free of charge, so even those with big appetites can be satisfied. It was a store that I wanted to stay in Tsunashima forever, and one that I would want to visit again.
